Individual Therapy

When a client participates in individual therapy they have the opportunity to dive deeply into their past, present, and future. Individual work is confidential and collaborative and relies heavily on the therapeutic relationship to be a facilitator for change. The right fit and match of clinician and client is essential toward meeting goals of self-discovery and healing. Individual therapy is being offered in-office and virtually (i.e., tele-therapy).

Play Therapy
